Chase Norwood and Gwendolyn French from the North Carolina League of Municipalities (NCLM) was in Yanceyville on Tuesday night to celebrate the Town’s completion of NCLM’s Municipal Accounting Services (MAS) program, just as the Town received official notice of two large infrastructure funding awards.
