Dillard School Senior Apartments Earns National Recognition from the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition

The Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC) has announced that Dillard School Senior Apartments in Yanceyville, North Carolina, is a 2026 recipient of the Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence award in the Rural Housing category.
Presented annually for 32 years, the Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence honors affordable housing developments and organizations that have demonstrated impactful use of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit) by strengthening communities, improving resident opportunities and supporting economies in urban, suburban and rural areas across the country.
