Jason Ross Appointed to Lead Newly Established Public Defender's Office for District 22

 The Honorable Jason Ramey, Senior Resident Superior Court Judge for Rockingham and Caswell Counties, has appointed Attorney Jason Ross as the inaugural Chief Public Defender for Rockingham and Caswell Counties.

The appointment follows the establishment of a Public Defender's Office for the judicial district by the North Carolina General Assembly. Ross brings more than 30 years of legal experience, including extensive experience as both a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney.
