Learn More About Public School Funding and Accountability
You're invited to dinner and a discussion about school funding and NC's school report cards.
The Education Collaborative - Caswell County, along with Parents for Public Schools, invites you to dinner and a workshop on March 11.
The group plans to discuss the latest updates about school funding, from federal funding freezes to the impact of not having a state budget, along with some practical strategies for how you can advocate for school funding this year.
The evening will also include a discussion about NC's current school accountability system (commonly known as "school report cards") and the proposed changes to this system that are under consideration.
