Two Arrested for Abuse and Neglect of Disabled Adult
Two Yanceyville residents are being held without bond.
On Monday, June 22, 2026, the Caswell County Sheriff's Office arrested and charged 53-year-old Adrian Forrest Thomas and 39-year-old Marcie Samantha Thomas with felonious abuse or neglect of a disabled adult.
The two Yanceyville residents were also each charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and two counts of misdemeanor simple assault.
Adrian Forrest Thomas and Marcie Samantha Thomas are currently being held in the Caswell County Detention Center without bond. Their next appearance in Caswell District Court is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
