Yanceyville Town Council Approves Chesnut Reserve
Residents concerned 83 new homes will create traffic issues along Old NC 86 and at both intersections.
Tuesday's Public Hearing for Chesnut Reserve, the 83-lot residential development proposed for a stretch of property between NC 86 and Old NC Hwy 86 in Yanceyville drew a small crowd, but only three Yanceyville residents addressed the Town Council to ask questions or express concerns.
