Yanceyville's Website is Down but Town Council is Busy

Budgets, lawsuits, holding patterns, and following up on documentation requested from the Yanceyville Fire Chief

Yanceyville resident Pat Price Lea was the only person who addressed the Yanceyville Town Council during Tuesday night's public hearing regarding the proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 budget for the Town. Lea, who also serves on the Town's Planning Board, thanked the Council for a budget that does not increase taxes or water and sewer rates.

Council has scheduled a special meeting for Tuesday, June 23 to consider approval of the FY 2027 budget. If you would like to review the proposed budget in detail, please contact the Town of Yanceyville at 336-694-5431 or via email at deputyclerk@yanceyvillenc.gov.
