Meadowview aka East Wind Under New Management
Residents still question the new owner's intent for the property, their annual U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) recertification schedule, and cash handling related to HUD and utility subsidies.
The trash has been picked up, the grass has been mowed, and residents of Yanceyville's Meadowview Apartments are breathing a sigh of relief now that they have new property management in place.
Meadowview, which was sold at the end of 2025 and is now referred to as East Wind Apartments on legal documents, was without property management or basic services like trash removal and groundskeeping for two months.
