Meadowview May Have New Local Property Manager
The new owner was in Yanceyville on Tuesday, meeting with an individual he said will be providing property management
There continues to be confusion over who is providing property management services at the Meadowview apartment complex on NC Highway 86 in Yanceyville.
Residents have gone without property management services for nearly two months, after the previous management company notified residents on March 2 that they would no longer be serving in that role. The property was sold at the end of 2025 and, at least on paper, is now named East Wind Apartments.
Residents have voiced concern over the lack of communication from the new property owner and the lack of maintenance, grounds keeping, or trash service since the beginning of March.
