Caswell Parent Demands Board Acknowledge Grievance
Parent said that she does not believe the issue can be considered resolved if it has not been acknowledged.
April Harris said she hopes that her experience with the Caswell County School District's grievance process will inform the Board of Education's decision-making when it comes to revamping that process.
"They didn't really have a process," Harris said. "They didn't even have a form. I had to write my grievance on a form intended for staff."
