Caswell County Schools recognizes drivers who have gone above and beyond for our students.  All of our drivers have a great responsibility of transporting our students to and from school in a safe and timely manner.

The schools select an elementary driver and a secondary driver for each month.  Each nominee had to be present 100% during the month and not have any major incidents during the month.  Each month a list of qualifying drivers is sent to the school’s Principal who is asked for their recommendation.

Each school’s winner is then presented to our selection committee to select the District Driver of the Month.  The monthly winners are placed on the District Driver of the Year Ballot.

Our Drivers of the Month for each school are as follows:

Oakwood Elementary – JoAnn Williams

South Elementary – Rosa Pressley

Stoney Creek Elementary – Jane Watlington

N.L. Dillard Middle – Jennifer Wallace

Bartlett Yancey High – Thomas Long

Congratulations to the Elementary Driver of the Month of May/June is JoAnn Williams who has been driving for Caswell County Schools for the last 39 years and the Secondary Driver of the Month for May/June is Jennifer Wallace, who has been driving for Caswell County Schools for the past five years.
