Robert Nichols, the North Carolina State Director for ClearWater Solutions (CWS), provided the Yanceyville’s Town Council with the monthly report from the water treatment and wastewater plants on Tuesday, September 1, but two of Council’s key questions remain unanswered:

  1. When will Yanceyville’s water treatment plant be back online?
  2. When will the plant be fully staffed, with a dedicated water ORC, or Operator in Responsible Charge on site?
