This 2‑year‑old, 59‑lb sweetheart is the full package — playful, social, affectionate, and just the right amount of silly. He LOVES playing with his doggie friends at the shelter and gets along with most dogs. And here’s a bonus plot twist: Juby is wonderfully respectful of cats. Truly a renaissance man.
Juby’s personality is big, bright, and goofy — but he’s also a total cuddlebug who wants nothing more than to snuggle up with his person after a good play session. He’s the kind of dog who makes every day feel lighter.

Volunteer to Walk the Dogs
Our dogs at APS of Caswell County are bursting with excitement to show off their favorite place in the world — our beautiful, wooded, mile‑long trail right behind the shelter!
With our kennels filling up again, we have lots of pups who need fresh air, leg‑stretching, sniff‑adventures, and one‑on‑one time with kind humans. That’s where you come in.
Whether you love a peaceful nature stroll, a brisk power walk, or a goofy trot with a happy dog who thinks you’re the best thing since peanut butter… we always need dog‑walking volunteers. And trust us — the dogs will make you feel like a hero.
