PCC Announces New Vice President of Administrative Services/CFO
Former student and worker in the maintenance department returns to Piedmont Community College as Vice President of Administrative Services and Chief Financial Officer
Piedmont Community College (PCC) is pleased to announce Landon Poole as the College’s new Vice President of Administrative Services/Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Poole has experience in government accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, fiscal operations and organizational leadership. In his prior role, he oversaw financial operation for a multi-million-dollar budget including budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow management, financial reporting, reconciliations, grants, purchasing, payroll and audit coordination.
Poole attended PCC before transferring to North Carolina State University for a bachelor’s degree. He later earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Southern University. While enrolled at PCC, he also worked in PCC’s maintenance department.
“PCC played an important role in my own professional and educational journey, and I am excited to now have the opportunity to give back to the institution and community that helped shape my career,” Poole said. “I look forward to using my experience to support PCC’s financial strength, strategic goals and continued commitment to its students and the communities it serves.”

Poole began his tenue as PCC’s Vice President of Administrative Services/CFO on September 21, 2026.
