Ready to build strength, confidence, and discipline this summer? Join us for the Bartlett Yancey Wrestling Camp, a free opportunity for young athletes to learn the fundamentals of wrestling in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment.

Hosted by Coach Rick Hill, this camp is designed for wrestlers of all skill levels—from beginners looking to learn the basics to experienced athletes wanting to sharpen their technique.

Throughout the camp, participants will learn:

  • Basic wrestling techniques and fundamentals
  • Proper stance, movement, and positioning
  • Balance, coordination, and body control
  • Sportsmanship and respect
  • Mental toughness and self-confidence
  • Teamwork and perseverance

Wrestling is more than just a sport; it teaches discipline, determination, and resilience that can benefit children both on and off the mat. Campers will enjoy hands-on instruction, skill-building drills, and activities designed to help them grow as athletes and individuals.
