Sheriff's Office Seeking Identity of Armed Robbery Suspect
The suspect entered the Dollar General at 6672 NC Highway 87 just after 9pm on Wednesday, August 5, brandishing a weapon and demanding cash
The Caswell County Sheriff's Office has requested the public's help to identify the suspect in an August 5 armed robbery.
According to law enforcement, the suspect entered the Dollar General at 6672 NC Highway 87 just after 9pm on Wednesday, August 5, brandishing a weapon and demanding cash. The store, which has a Gibsonville address but is in southern Caswell County, normally closes at 10pm on Wednesdays.
Officials with the Caswell County Sheriff's Office report that they are working with neighboring law enforcement agencies as the suspect is believed to have entered another county after fleeing the scene.
According to law enforcement, no one was physically injured in the incident.
