After months away recovering from surgery, I was finally back where I love to be last Saturday — in front of a group of curious cooks.
Although I had to cancel all my summer classes and catering gigs, I couldn't bring myself to miss a special dinner at The Travelling Café in Durham. The evening was a reunion of sorts, featuring a four-course menu prepared by chefs who had either worked at or taught classes at A Southern Season.
