Yanceyville Resident Arrested on Sexual Exploitation Charges

The Caswell County Sheriff's Office and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigations arrested 31-year-old Yanceyville resident, Nathaniel Alphonse Rosenberg (also spelled as Rosenburg in court documents) on Tuesday, August 25.

Rosenberg is charged with two counts of felony 3rd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Court documents allege that the defendant "unlawfully, willfully, and feloniously did possess material containing a visual representation" of an "unknown minor approximately 8-12 years of age, engaging in sexual activity."
